下肢深静脉造影术的临床评价

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF LOWER EXTREMITY VENOGRAPHY

[1]目的 探讨下肢深静脉顺行造影在疾病分类中的意义.[2]方法 下肢静脉疾病病人165例,常规行下肢深静脉造影术,当显示股腘段静脉时,让病人作Valsava动作,以观察此段静脉瓣膜的功能状态.[3]结果 下肢静脉疾病中深静脉病变占绝大多数.其中原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全占43.23%,单纯性大隐静脉曲张占25.52%,深静脉血栓形成后遗症占22.40%,其它疾病占7.81%.[4]结论 下肢深静脉造影检查,不仅可以发现下肢静脉疾病的病因,而且也是指导治疗和观察疗效的主要方法.

Objective A retrospective study of the lower extremity venograph was made to evaluate the ascending veno-graph in the diagnosis and classification of venous diseases in lower extremities. Method 165 patients (192 limbs) with venous diseases of the legs were investigated with ascending venograph as a routine method. The patients were told to do Valsava maneuver when femoral-popliteal vein was tested so that the venous valve function could be studied. Result Most of the patients suffering from lower extremity venous diseases belonged to deep venous disease of the legs : primary deep venous incompetence accounted for 43- 23%, great saphenous varicosity 25. 52% , deep venous thrombotic sequela 22. 40%. Other disorders accounted for 7. 81%. Conclusion Venography is a good method clinically for finding the causes of lower extremity venous diseases, for selecting appropriate therapeutic method and evaluating the therapeutic results.
