Based on anthropoqenic factor, sons accountable for the decline of the fishery heavy fishing, mismanagement and severe pollution are the main rearesources. To carry out sustainable development of fishery resources. this paper puts forward some construtive suggestions, such as enhance one＇s consciousness, definitude of property right of resources, universal education and development of science and technology.
