摘要 目的使用新鲜血浆建立血凝分析仪测定凝血酶原时间(PT)理想的标准曲线,以提高不同血凝分析仪测定结果的可比性。方法以校正合格的ACL-Advance全自动血凝分析仪测定的PT结果为定值,选择PT定值分别为10.5、11.0、11.5、12.0、12.5、13.0、13.5、14.0、15.0S的9个不同数值的新鲜血浆,分别对Sysmex CA-50半自动血凝分析仪建立标准曲线;然后,随机选择ACL-Advance全自动血凝分析仪已检测的PT高、中、低值患者的新鲜血浆30份,在建立标准曲线后的Sysmex CA-50半自动血凝分析仪上进行检测,并比较ACL-Advance与Sysmex CA-50血凝分析仪上测定PT(INR)结果的差异。结果使用ACL-Advance全自动血凝分析仪测定的PT结果为11.0、11.5、12.0、12.5、13.0s的新鲜血浆,建立Sysmex CA-50半自动血凝分析仪测定凝血酶原时间的标准曲线,两台仪器所检测的30份新鲜血浆的PT(INR)结果差异无统计学意义。结论用全自动血凝分析仪测定的PT为11.0~13.0s的新鲜血浆,建立半自动血凝分析仪测定凝血酶原时间的最佳标准曲线,可以明显提高不同血凝分析仪测定结果的可比性。 Objective To establish the optimal prothrombin time(PT)standard curve measured by blood coagulation analyzer using fresh plasma ,and to improve the comparability of results measured by different blood coagulation analyzers. Methods PT results measured by rectified ACL-Advance automatic blood coagulation analyzer was qualified as standard value. Then to establish the standard curve of Sysmex CA-50 semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer according to 9 cases of fresh plasma whose PT standard values were 10.5,11.0,11.5,12.0,12.5,13.0,13.5,14.0,15.0s respectively. Later,30 cases of fresh plasma analyzed by ACL-Advance automatic blood coagulation analyzer and whose PT values were high,middle and low were chosen randomly, and analyzed by semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer built standard curve. Last, the PT(INR) results from ACL-Advance and Sysmex CA- 50 were compared. Results Establish the standard curve of Sysmex CA-50 semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer on the basis of that PT values were 11.0,11.5,12.0,12.5,13.0s when measured by ACL-Advance automatic blood coagulation analyzer. There is no significant difference between these two blood coagulation analyzers on 30 PT(INR) results. Conclusion Establish the optimal prothrombin time standard curve of the semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer according to the fresh plasma measured by automatic blood coagulation analyzer and whose PT values are 11.0-13.0. It can improve the comparability of measured results from different blood coagulation analyzers.
