摘要
加强自主知识产权保护是我国重点科技计划顺利实施的关键,针对国家重点科技计划自主知识产权保护的特点及其存在的问题,提出了我国在自主创新进程中,加强国家重点科技计划自主知识产权保护的政策措施。
The key to bring major S＆T projects into effect successfully is to enhance the protection of independent IP. This article puts forward the policies,according to the characteristics and problems of the protection of the major S＆T project, in order to enhance the protection of the major S＆T project in the process of independent innovation in China.
