摘要
知识联盟是企业获取外部知识尤其是隐形知识,提高自身竞争力的重要手段。针对知识联盟失败较多的现象,对影响知识联盟动态发展的联盟维持费用、知识资源特征、社会相容性等结构性因素作了分析。建立博弈模型,分两阶段研究了影响知识联盟形成和发展的结构性因素对企业行为决策的影响,并研究了这些因素之间的关系。
Knowledge is an important mean for enterprises to acquire knowledge, especially tacit knowledge, from other organizations. However, many knowledge alliances had failed. To solve this problem, researchers have conducted many investigations. This study first has a literature review about the researches on knowledge. As most research focus mainly on the socio-psychological aspects of the alliance, this article study the structure factors of the alliance, including the investment of the alliance, the members' resource structure, the consistency of the members' strategic objects and etc. By studying a game theory model, this article conducts a two-steps analysis of the influence of these factors on the formation and development of the knowledge alliances. It also studies the inter-act of these factors. The results may provide some insightful managerial implication to help firms make appropriate decisions on behaviors within the knowledge alliance.
