摘要
从企业家生命周期再续角度入手,立足企业家人力资本流动与社会福利的关系,剖析企业家流动的本质。通过对以往企业家研究成果的梳理,确立企业家生命周期概念,并从企业家、企业主以及社会福利角度,构建模型对企业家流动进行分析,论证企业家流动的必然性和合理性,最后以2004-2005年IT行业发生高层人事变动的企业为样本,进行分析并形成结论。
Based on the relationship between entrepreneurs' floating and social welfare, the paper analyses the nature of entrepreneurs' floating and the relations between corporation owner and entrepreneurs in view of the re-life cycling of entrepreneurs. The paper establishes the conception of the entrepreneurs're-life cycling by which the paper analyses the process of entrepreneurs' floating. From different perspectives, such as the corporation owner, entrepreneurs and social welfare, the paper demonstrates the necessity of entrepreneur's floating by modeling and using the fact that many entrepreneurs in IT industry floated during 2004-2005.
