摘要
分析了同煤集团棚户区的现存状况及改造的必要性,根据改造方案的指导思想及设计原则,介绍了小区公共设施的分布、绿化及节能规划方法,论述了其住宅户型及结构的设计方法,尽可能设计出舒适、经济、美观的居所。
According to present situations of shantytown in Datong coal industry group and necessity to reconstruction practical scheme and ideas are proposed for reconstruction as well as design principles. In addition, layout of public facilities, greening, energy-saving method and design method of houses are also introduced in order to create economic, comfortable and pleasurable residence.
