摘要
介绍了龙门吊基础概况,为了验算设计的龙门吊基础截面是否满足结构承载力要求,对原设计超载20 kPa作用时和轮压通过扩大基础作用时顶板结构的弯矩和剪力进行了验算比较,成功地解决了车站结构由于门吊作用造成过载的技术难题。
The article introduces the general condition of gantry crane foundation, and compares bending moment and shearing force of top cover structure at the time of overloading 20 kPa and wheel-pressure passing spread foundation in origin design, in order to prove whether designed gantry crane fit the requirement of structural bearing capacity, and successfully solves the technical difficulty of station structural overloading caused by gantry crane effect.
