摘要
以某教学楼为例,介绍了建筑物的各种裂缝形态,从地基不均匀沉降、温度应力两方面分析了建筑物设计及施工引起裂缝的原因,并提出了相应的治理措施,以保证建筑物的使用功能及安全性要求。
Taking one teaching building as example various kinds of cracks of buildings are introduced. From two aspects： uneven settlement of foundation and temperature stress reasons caused the cracks in design and construction are analyzed; at the same time corresponding treatment measures are proposed in order to meet safety requirements of buildings.
