摘要
从人的安全意识、施工安全与进度、施工安全技术措施的实施等方面介绍了安全管理工作中存在的主要问题,针对此问题,提出了安全管理方法及整改措施,以促进施工安全生产。
The following paper introduces the main problem existed in safety management from human safety consciousness, construction safety and process, and the implement of technical measures for construction safety, and proposes safety management method and modification method in light of the problem to promote safety production in construction.
