简述了企业档案概念提出的背景,对企业档案内容构成的变化进行了阐述,并结合对企业档案主体性的分析,对其内容构成进行了说明,为提高企业整体的竞争能力做了准备。
This paper introduces the backgrounds to propose the definition of enterprise archives, illustrates the transformation of enterprise archives＇ content composition, and explains the content composition combined with the analysis on enterprise archives＇ subjectivity, which is prepared to improve entire competitive ability of enterprise.
