介绍了公路项目招投标中存在的问题,从不同的方面阐述了解决问题的对策,指出必须加大管理力度和约束机制,规范工程招投标行为。
The article introduces the problems existed in highway construction project bidding, illustrates their countermeasures from different aspects, and points out that man should increase management strength and binding mechanism to regulate project bidding.
