The article introduces the definition and cost component of BOQ valuation, illustrates the superiority to implement BOQ valuation mode in coal-miningarea in our country, and discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the operation of the mode in coal-mining area, in order to further perfect and develop BOQ valuation mode.
