基于车辙的沥青面层结构和材料一体化设计

摘要 针对目前半刚性基层沥青路面的主要破坏形式———车辙,通过结构力学计算,指出沥青材料层的永久变形主要由两部分组成,并据应力应变分布图找出9 cm厚沥青层的合理分层;从结构分工角度出发,提出对各结构层和各结构层混合料的功能和路用性能要求;按照层位功能要求进行混合料组成设计,验证了变I法在实际工程中的可行性。 In light of the main destructive mode, tracing rut, of semi-rigid base course bituminous pavement, the author points out that permanent deformation of bituminous layer is composed of two parts through structural mechanics calculation. According to stress-strain distributive diagram, the author finds out the rational delimitation of bituminous layer with 9 cm thickness, proposes the function and road performance requirement of each structural layer and their mixture from the angle of structural division of labor, carries out design of mixture's components followed the functional requirement of horizon, and proves the feasibility of change I method in practical engineering.
