This paper discusses the characters of closed hydraulic system and the operating principle and design concept of contact line operation vehicle closed hydraulic running system, proposes improvement project for existing problems and its popularization suggestion, and points out that closed hydraulic transmission mode would be more and more applied in operation vehicles which need give attention to high and low speed.
