摘要
将四种浓度的Ca2+溶液和含4mmol/L简Ca2+的不同浓度的Cu2+、Zn2+及其混合液,分别灌注鱼的嗅囊,研究它们对罗非鱼嗅电图(下简EOG)的影响,并初步探讨Ca2+作为解毒剂的可行性及机制.结果表明:1)在一定浓度Ca2+范围内,EOG振幅随Ca2+浓度的增加而增大,超此范围,则随浓度的增加而减小;2)Ca2+能使Cu2+、Zn2+中毒鱼的EOG反应振幅接近正常值,反映其具一定解毒作用,效果顺序为Cu2+>Zn2+;3)Ca2+对Cu2+、Zn2+混合液也具一定解毒作用.
The effects of calcium solutions are studied by recording the receptor potential, electro-olfactogram (EOG) form the olfactory epitheliu of Tilapia sp.. In series of experiments, the olfactory organ is irrigated with these solutions, including four Ca2+ concentrations,the various mixture containing 4 mmol/L Ca2+ and the different concentrations of either Cu2+ or Zn2+or both of Cu2+ +Zn2+. The feasibility and mechanism of Ca2+ as detoxifying substance are discussed. These results indicate that: 1 ) In the certain concentration range, the amplitudes of EOG increase with increasing concentration of Ca2+,and beyond the range,decrease with Ca2+ increasing; 2)The amplitude of EOG close to the normal value when the poisoned fish was treated with Ca2+,showing that Ca2+has detoxifying effects on heavy metal ions (Cu2+ .Zn2+ ) with the order being Cu2+ >Zn2+. 3) Ca2+ has also a certain detoxifying effects on the mixture solutions.
