含氟单体对酮肼交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用单体预乳化工艺的自由基共聚法,用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、己二酰肼(ADH)及丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯等制备了氟化酮肼交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液。采用激光散射粒径仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、接触角等方法对氟化酮肼交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行了表征。结果显示,在丙烯酸酯链段中引入了含氟基团。研究了含氟单体对酮肼交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径和酮肼交联体系的影响。实验结果表明,含氟单体的引入,可很好地改善交联膜的表面性能,提高交联膜的耐水性;但由于含氟基团的屏蔽作用和不相容性,在一定程度上抑制了酮肼交联结构的形成,当n(DAAM)∶n(ADH)=1∶0.6、w(F)=4.6%时,交联膜的综合性能较好。 Fluorinated ketone- hydrazide crosslinking acrylate emulsions, were prepared from dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, diacetone acrylamide (DAAM), adipic dihydrazides (ADH), acrylic acid, n -butyl acrylate, etc. by radical copolymerization with pre -emulsifying of monomer. The products were characterized by means of laser scattering instrument, FTIR and contact angle measurement for verifying the prepared emulsion containing fluorinated group. Effects of fluorinated monomer on particle size of emulsion and ketone- hydrazide crosslinking system were studied. Introduction of monomer containing fluorine improves surface properties of crosslinking film. But shielding and incompatibility of fluorinated group inhibit the formation of ketone - hydrazide cross - linking structure to a certain extent, so under optimal conditions of n (DAAM) : n (ADH) 1 : 0.6 and w(F) 4.6%, crosslinking film with good comprehensive properties can be obtained.
