在图书馆信息化发展过程中,技术环境的变化推动了传统工作模式的变化,也给馆员的观念带来了一定冲击,尤其是中年女性馆员,其心理反映更大,在一定程度上给工作带来了影响。本文通过对中年女性馆员心理焦虑问题的分析,探讨中年女性馆员在信息化工作环境下的心理焦虑成因及对策。

With the development of library information techonology, changes in techonological environment result in changes of traditional working module ,have a great effect on the librarians＇ concept,especially the middle - aged women librarians, who reflect much in their minds and exerts an effection on their work to some extent. This article aims at finding out the exerts and about the psychological anxiety of middle - aged, women librarians in the TT envinnment by analysing the problems.
