摘要
图书馆软管理,就是要“以人为本”,一切为了调动员工的积极性。要注意物质和精神的统一,开展有效的思想政治工作,为个人发展创造条件,实行激励方式,尊重员工,增强员工参与意识,满足合理的非业务性要求;馆长要注重形象激励,注意工作方法,注意领导群体的结构,努力推动图书馆软管理的健康发展。
The "software Management" of the library demands human - oriented management, which completely aims to arouse the staff' s enthusiasm for work. More attention must be paid to the unity of material and spirrt. It is necessary to carry out effective political and ideological activities. Besides,the library should set the stage for the staff' s individual development,implement incentive mechanism,respect the staff, enhance their sense of participation and satisfy their appropriate requirement unrelated with their profession. The librarian should lay stress on the image - building, working method and the structure of the leading group, in order to promote the well development of the "software management" of the library,
