摘要
本文针对图书馆建筑与人文关怀的深刻内涵加以阐述,并对高速信息时代图书馆建筑的多功能性以及图书馆建筑与人文关怀设计的发展趋势进行了论证,以此说明图书馆建筑注重人文关怀,将更多的体现胡景涛同志在2005年全国人大会议上提出的建立“和谐社会”造福人民的“人本精神”。
