摘要
博客是继E-m ail、BBS和即时通讯(ICQ、QQ、MSN等网络寻呼工具)之后的第四种网络交流方式,是互联网为个人提供发布个人日志的交流平台。负责任的博客提倡共享,崇尚奉献。博客给未成年人提供了表达自我、实现自我价值的新途径,有利于他们的心理健康和利他品性的养成。同时,博客现象也容易造成未成年人社会责任感和公德意识淡化,婚恋道德意识淡薄。博客实际上还为我们提供了一种未成年人喜闻乐见的道德教育新途径。
Blog is the fourth kind of network exchange way after E - mail , BBS and instant communication （ such NetBP as ICQ , QQ , MSN ,etc ）. It is the exchange platform of releasing personal log which is provided by the Internet. Blogger who has a sense of responsibility advocates sharing and dedication. Blog may provide young persons the way of expressing themselves and realizing their self - value , help the development of their psychological health and altruistic virtue . Meanwhile, Blog is apt to cause the consciousness weakening of young persons＇marriage morals, social responsibility and social morality. In fact, Blog has offered a new way of moral education loved by young persons.
