详细介绍了全自动立式旋压机床的加工工艺、机床结构、主要技术;分析了机床液压控制回路中存在的问题,并给出了相应的解决方法;该机床动作可靠、加工质量好、生产率高,对同类产品具有参考价值。
It is detailed to introduce the processing of craft, construction and main technique of the automatic vertical machine of spinning. Problems in the hydraulic control circuit and the key to the problem are presented in this paper. The machine has reliable operation, good operation quality and high efficiency and could be certain references to the design of similar products.
