摘要
讨论了存在三阶非线性克尔效应的波导中光栅耦合区导波所满足的耦合模方程以及解析解,分析非线性效应及光栅辐射衰减两因素对导波场分布、光栅耦合效率和非线性位相等的作用.据此提出非线性耦合光栅的设计特点.
The coupling mode equation,in which guidewave is satisfied in grating coupling for waveguide composed of Kerr effect material,and its analytical solution were discussed.The influence of nonlinear phase effect and grating leakage facfor on guidewave field disfribution and grating coupling efficiency were analysed. Based on the above discussions the design of grating coupling for nonlinear waveguide was proposed.
