摘要 随着航空发动机的维护方法从定期维护向视情维护过渡,军用发动机状态监控与故障诊断技术在航空发达国家已得到广泛应用,而在我国,这项技术的应用研究还处于起步阶段。振动分析是诊断发动机结构强度故障的一种有效方法,绝大多数结构强度方面的故障都与发动机振动信号有密切的关系。发动机振动监测是状态监控与故障诊断的一项重要内容。首先研究了航空发动机的典型故障,随后分析了产生这些故障的振动机理并构建了分析模型。最后确定了发动机振动监测系统的组成和主要功能。 With the development of the aero-engine On-Condition Maintenance, the technology of engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis has been broadly used in developed country. But in our country, we haven't do a lot of work in this area. Vibration analysis is an effective method to diagnose the engine fault related to structure and intension, so engine vibration monitoring is regard as an important content of engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. This paper have researched the main faults of aero-engine, and analyzed the mechanisms of the vibration. The models were set up also. At last, the configuration and functions of a engine vibration monitoring system were determined.
