摘要
变批量生产是一种先进生产模式。为实现变批量生产,需要同时使用多条工艺路线,评价对象为一组路线。分析了设备冲突与路线冲突之间的关系,将求解独立路径最大集合转化为求图的极大独立集问题。基于图论知识,利用命题逻辑运算规则,给出求解极大独立集的方法和步骤,寻找整体最优的工艺路线集合,并以算例说明了该法的可行性。
Scalable batch production is an advanced manufacturing model. In order to realize scalable batch production, many process routes are needed at the same time. The evaluation cell is a group of routes. By analyzing the relation between the equipment and route, solution of the biggest gather of independent path is changed into maximal independent set are given by logic operation rules. So the best set of routes is obtained, At last, a numerical example is illustrated to validate this proposed method,
