介绍了常用的Al-Si系钎料、Al-Si-Mg系钎料、Al-Si-Cu系钎料、Al-Si-Zn系钎料和低熔点Al-Ge-Si系钎料的特点和应用对象,指出了研究开发以Al-Si系钎料为基础的低熔点高强度钎料、自钎剂铝钎料以及钎料快速凝固制造技术是当前铝合金钎料的发展方向。

This paper introduces the characteristics of conventional AI-Si series solders, Al-Si-Mg series solders,Al-Si-Cu series solders Al-Si-Zn series solders and low-melting-point Al-Ge-Si series＇ solders and their application areas, while predicting the prospect of developing low-melting- point high strength solders and self-fluxing aluminum solders based on Al-Si series solders and the rapid solidification technologies for solders.
