摘要
隐花色素(cryptochrome)是一类对UV-A/蓝光作出应答的光受体。果实特异性植物表达载体是用在番茄果实中特异表达的Lefsm1基因的启动子(fsp)替换质粒pBI121原有的35S启动子构建而成(称为pBI121fsp)。将番茄隐花色素家族成员之一cryptochrome1中465bp特异片段导入到植物载体pBI121fsp构建成果实特异性表达的RNAi植物表达载体(pBI121fsp-cry1),通过根癌农杆菌介导转入番茄子叶,经组织培养成功获得转基因植株。为后续对CRY1与番茄果实中抗氧化剂番茄红素之间的关系研究提供了材料。
Cryptochrome is one of the UV-A/blue light photoreceptors, A part of gene eryl was inserted into the T-DNA of the binary plant expression vector with pBI121 plasmid,whieh contained specific fruit promoter, The cotyledon of tomato was transformed with agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA106, some regenerated tomato plants were obtained through the tissue culture.
