肥密因素对寒地水稻品质的影响

Effects of Different Fertilizer and Density on the Quality of Rice in Cold Region

研究了不同肥密群体对寒地水稻品质的影响,探讨了前期(基蘖)用氮量、穗肥用氮量、粒肥用氮量、调节肥施用时期及穴距等因素对寒地水稻品质的影响。结果表明:随着前期用氮量增加,稻米蛋白质含量降低;粒肥用氮量对脂肪酸含量影响呈负相关;随着总氮量的增加,直链淀粉含量有逐渐降低的趋势。

The experiment in the effects of different fertilizer and density on the quality of rice in cold region was conducled. We studied the effects of amotmt of nitrogen fertilizer in early stage, amount of nitrogen fertilizer in tassel stage, amount of nitrogen fertilizer in granular stage, the using stage of adjustment fertilizer and density on the quality of rice in cold region. The results showed that the content of protein of rice was decreased with the improvement of amount of nitrogen fertilizer. The relationship is negative for the content of fatty acid and amount of nitrogen fertilizer in granular stage. Amylose content had the decreasing trend with the adding of total nitrogen fertilizer.
