摘要
针对现代制造系统中常见的设备运动故障,从理论上提出了两种诊断模型——基于PLC控制系统流程的逻辑诊断模型和基于PLC顺序控制过程的时序诊断模型.两种模型相结合。
In view of the motion faults most commonly seen in modern manufacturing systems, two diagnosis models, the logical model based on PLC control system flow and the sequential model based on PLC sequential control process, are put forward. The description and diagnosis process of the models are presented respectively. With two models working together, the motion faults of a modern manufacturing system can be fully diagnosed. The models are proved to be feasible and effective in practice.
