摘要
给出了步进电机静态特性的一种较简便的计算方法.这种方法在分析电机的磁路时,将电机齿部的饱和效应和气隙比磁导法结合起来考虑,建立起电机的等值磁网络方程.求解磁网络方程,可求出电机各部分的磁共能和电机总的磁共能,最后利用虚位移原理分析电机的静态特性.提出的方法解决了在不具备磁参量数据库情况下估算电机静转矩的问题。
An engineering calculating method for the static characteristics of hybrid step motors is presented. The magnetic circuit of the motor is analyzed using the gap specific permeance method and the equivalent magnetic network equations are formulated with due consideration of the saturation efect in the teeth. By solving the equations, the coenergy of every part of the motor and the total coenergy of the motor can be found, and the static characteristics of the motor are analyzed using the principle of virtual displacement.
