摘要
针对建筑业企业资质管理中存在的问题,对资质的概念及其特点、影响资质管理的相关因素等方面进行了论述,并对如何降低资质管理风险进行了阐述,可供同行参考。
Aceording to questions existed in enterprise＇ s qualification management in construction industry the concept and characteristics of qualification as well as factors influencing the management of qualification are discussed in order to provide references for managers to reduce risks in mansgement.
