摘要
基于KEGG数据库,构建了一个节点数N=933,连接数L=6825的细胞信号转导网络.该网络为具幂律形式的度分布、遵循BA模型的无尺度网络;其中γ指数为1.7,平均路径长度5.63。通过广度优先搜索算法构建本网络的距离矩阵,并进行聚类分析,实现了对该信号网络的可视化处理和拓扑结构分析。结果表明,此细胞信号转导网络可以较好地描述细胞内蛋白质之间的相互作用关系,其基本属性与先验知识有较好的一致性。
We collect data through KEGG database and construct a cellular signal transduction network with 933 nodes, 6825 links. This network is proved to be a Scale-free network following B-A model and related to the Power-law degree distribution, with γ- index of 1.7 and average path length of 5.63. We obtain the distance matrix of the network through breadth-first searching algorithm, and conduct clustering analysis on this matrix. According to the result of clustering, we try to visualize this network and explore its topological structure. The results show that this signaling network could describe the protein-protein interaction preferably. The basic attributes of this network is well consistent to our pre-knowledge of cellular signal transduction pathway.
