The circuit structure of an integrated intelligent voltage regulator for the automobile generator is proposed. The failure and abnormal phenomena occurring in the operation are studied, and the principle of how to deal with them in the new regulator circuit is described. should open circuit or short circuit occur in the circuit or regulator during operation, the generator system will be out of order, the power supply will fluctuate seriously and the generator system as well as automobile operation will be endangered. The design of a multifunction indicator for monitoring the generator operation is discussed.
