康力龙联用髓内注射药物治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效观察

Effect of Stanozolol Combined Intramedullary Injection on Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia

目的探讨康力龙联合髓内注射654-2、一叶秋碱、地塞米松治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的疗效。方法用654-2、一叶秋碱及地塞米松髓内注射联合康力龙治疗CAA24例(治疗组),单用康力龙口服治疗25例(对照组)。观察两组治疗前后及随访18个月时的血像改变及总有效率。结果疗程结束后及随访第18个月时血象提高值治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0·05);疗程结束后治疗组总有效率83·33%,明显高于对照组的52·00%(P<0·05)。随访第18个月时治疗组总有效率87·50%,明显高于对照组的56·00%(P<0·05)。结论联合应用髓内给药可明显提高CAA的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Stanozolol Combined with intramedullary injection of 654-2, securinine and dexamethasone on patients with chronic aplastic anemia. Methods The patients were divided into two groups,24 patients were treated with stanzolol combined with intramedullary injection of 654-2 ,securinie and dexamethasone. 25 patients treated only with stanozlol served as control group. The changes of haemogram and total effective rates were tested at prior and post treatment and 18 months respectively. Results After treatment, the levels of blood hemoglobin, neutrophil and platelet in the patients from combined treatment group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates of combined treatment group were 83.33% and 87.50% respectively at post-treatment immediately and 18 months later, which were higher than 52.00% and 56. 00% of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Stanozolol combined intramedullary injection could increase the curative effect on patients with chronic aplastic anemia.
