误诊为急性脑血管病的低血糖症13例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 13 Patients with Hypoglycemia Misdiagnosed as Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

目的提高低血糖对神经系统损害的认识。方法回顾分析13例有神经系统症状和体征,误诊为急性脑血管病的老年低血糖患者临床资料。结果13例患者中11例行头CT检查,无明显阳性发现者9例,所有患者均给予高张糖治疗,10例患者症状体征消失,2例遗留轻偏瘫,1例死亡。结论对于有神经系统症状,体征、头CT检查阴性的糖尿病患者,应及时监测血糖,早期诊断,及时治疗。

Objective To enhance understanding about impairment of hypoglycemia on nervous system. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 13 gerontal patients with Hypoglycemia, who taken on sings and symptoms of nervous system, misdiagnosed as acute cerebrovascular disease. Results 11 of 13 patients accept skull computerized tomography, nine caces were normal. High glucose were administered to all patients, as results, ten patients improved to normal, two remained hemiparesis and one died. Coneluslons The patients with diabetes mellitus, who taken on sings and symptoms of nervous system, but negative finding by skull computerized tomography, should pay attention to monitoring blood sugar promptly, in order to early diagnosis of hypoglycemia and treating the disease in time.
