摘要
以红栎、白栎、槭木、黑胡桃等薄木为饰面材料,杨木多层胶合板为基材,研究了添加剂用量、涂胶量、热压压力、热压温度、热压时间等工艺因素对不同树种薄木饰面家具板件透胶率的影响。研究结果表明,红栎贴面板透胶最严重,其次是槭木和黑胡桃,白栎透胶最少。对于红栎,涂胶量是最重要的影响因素;对于槭木,涂胶量和热压压力是最重要的影响因素;对于黑胡桃,热压压力的是最重要的影响因素;对于白栎,热压温度和热压时间是最重要的影响因素。
The study was made on process parameters affecting adhesive penetration rate of veneer overlaid furniture panels of poplar multi-plywood. During the study,veneers of red oak,white oak,hard maple and walnut were used as overlays,and the process parameters examined included extender amount,adhesive spread,pressure,press temperature and press time. The results showed: Veneers of red oak had the most serious adhesive penetration,hard maple and walnut came second,and white oak had the least penetration; The most important parameters affecting adhesive penetration rate are adhesive spread for red oak,adhesive spread and press pressure for hard maple,press pressure for walnut,press temperature and press time for white oak respectively.
