清肝排毒饮抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察清肝排毒饮抗鸭乙型肝炎(DHBV)作用。方法用Dot-BLOT法筛选出DHBsAg强阳性1d龄华南麻鸭。随机分为5组,分别为模型组、拉米夫定(ACV)组和清肝排毒饮大、中、小剂量组。除模型组外,其他各组均灌胃口服治疗10d,于用药前(T0)、用药第5d(T5)、第10d(T10)及停药后第3d(P3)分别采血,采用斑点杂交方法检测用药前后鸭血清乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(DHBV DNA)的动态变化。结果清肝排毒饮中剂量治疗组第5、10d鸭血清DHBV DNA OD值明显低于给药前,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但与拉米夫定组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),停药3d后无反跳。结论清肝排毒饮有一定的抑制DHBV DNA复制作用。 Objective To investigate the antiviral effect of Qingganpaiduyin on congenital infectious duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) in vivo. Methods Huanan ducklings congenitally infected with DHBV were used as hepatitis B animal model. Positive DHBV DNA in ducklings' sera were detected by Dotblot hybridization. Ducks were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group (group A), Lamivudine group (group B), Qingganpaiduyin group (dose of 40g/kg, group C), Qingganaiduyin group (dose of 20g/ kg, group D) and Qingganpaduyin group (dose of 10g/kg, group E). Qingganpaduyin was given to all ducks except those in group A for course of 10 days and DHBV DNA was detected by dot - blot hybridization test. Results The optic density value (OD value) of DHBV DNA in ducklings' sera 5 and 10days after treated with Qingganpaiduyin were obviously lower than that before treatment, but no significant difference showing signifieant differences (P 〈 0.05). But no significant difference was observed as comparing with group B (P 〉 0.05). There no significant difference and rebound phenomenon appeared in D group 3 days after stopping medication ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Qingganpaiduyin can inhibit the replication of DHBV DNA.
