超脉冲CO_2激光和连续CO_2激光治疗扁平疣的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effect of pulse CO_2 laser and continuous CO_2 laser on flat wart patients.

目的比较超脉冲CO2激光与连续CO2激光治疗扁平疣效果。方法病例80例,其中超脉冲CO2激光治疗组40例,连续CO2激光治疗组40例。观察色素沉着、结痂时间、脱痂时间情况。结果两组病例痊愈率无明显差异,超脉冲CO2激光治疗组皮损处色素沉着率明显较连续CO2激光治疗组的低,且结痂时间、脱痂时间也均较短(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO2激光治疗小面积扁平疣的效果较连续CO2激光好。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of ultrapulsed CO2 laser with continuous CO2 laser on verruea plane. Methods 80 verruea plane patients were divided into two treatment groups. Group Ⅰ consisted of 40 patients were treated with ultrapulsed CO2 laser and another 40 patients in Group Ⅱ were treated with continuous CO2 laser. The results were comparatively analyzed. Results There no significant difference in cute rate were observed between the two groups. The pigmentation rate of Group I was significantly lower than that of Group Ii. The time of incrustation and deerustation in Group Ⅰ was significantly shorter than that of Group Ⅱ, showing significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ultrapulsed CO2 laser is more effective than continuous CO2 laser in treatment of verruea plane patients.
