摘要
目的了解深圳市南山区初中生艾滋病认知现状,为在学校开展预防艾滋病的健康教育提供参考依据。方法使用自制问卷对深圳市南山区10所中学3528名学生进行横断面调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、艾滋病相关知识、态度等。结果艾滋病相关知识得分为19.93±6.19,知识得分在性别间无差别,在年级间有差别;态度得分为72.72±8.43,在性别和年级间差别均有统计学意义;知识得分与态度得分之间存在正相关,相关系数为0.376。结论中学生已经掌握一定的艾滋病相关知识,但还不完善、不系统,应根据中学生的不同年龄特点开展不同内容和形式的健康教育,进一步提高中学生的认知水平。
Objective To understand the knowledge level and attitude toward AIDS of junior middle school students in Nanshan Distrlet of Shenzhen City in order to provide reference for carrying out health edueatlon on AIDS prevention in schools. Methods 3 528 students from 10 junior middle schools of Nanshan District, Shenzhen were surveyed with questionnaire including demographical information, AIDS related knowledge and attitude. Results The average score of knowledge was 19.93 ± 6.19, and the differences between sexes were not statistically significant, but the differences among grades were statistically significant; the average score of attitude was 72.72 ± 8.43, and the differences both between sexes and among grades were statistically significant; the correlation coefficient between knowledge score and attitude score was 0.376. Conclusion Junior middle school students have acquired much knowledge but not perfect and systematical. Thus health education with diversified forms and content on the control of AIDS be, based features of different age groups, carried out in schools.
