“三农”问题是中国的根本问题。随着农村社会转型和市场化的推进，农村不断暴露出一些深层次的矛盾和冲突，严重影响农村社会稳定。只有正确认识和认真化解农村现实矛盾，才能制定出有效解决农村现实矛盾的具体措施，从而保持农村和谐稳定的社会环境，顺利完成社会主义新农村建设的重大历史任务。

The Three -agri -issue concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers is the fundamental problem in China. With the proceeding of the social transition and the marketization of the rural areas, many hidden conflicts and contradictions gradually stood out and seriously influenced the stability of the rural society. Only through the correct realization and careful dispelling can we make the effective measures to solve such problems so as to maintain the harmonious and stable environment in the rural areas and fulfill the historical tasks of the new socialist rural construction.
