蛋白激酶C在胃癌中的表达及其意义

Expression of Protein Kinase C and Meanings in the Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨蛋白激酶C(PKC)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法,检测55例胃癌中PKC的表达情况。结果:PKC阳性表达,胃癌中浸润全层、有淋巴结转移、、期及、级疼痛均高于浸润肌层,无淋巴结转移,、期及0、级疼痛,差异具有显著性(分别P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:PKC可能参与了胃癌的演进过程及胃癌的疼痛调节。

Objective：To explore the expression of PKC in stomach cancer and correlation with clinical pathology. Methods：The expression of PKC was examined in 55 stomach cancer patients by SP i mmunohlstochemistry. Results：Expression of PKC was higher in full＋thlckness infiltration,lymph node metastasis, Ⅱ ,Ⅳ stages, Ⅱ , Ⅲ grade painthan in muscular layer infiltration,non-lymph node metastasis, Ⅰ ,Ⅱ stages,0, Ⅰ grade pain （P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conelusions：PKC may participate in progression and regulating pain of stomach cancers.
