摘要
教师专业成长是一个长期、连续、动态的过程;校本培训作为教师专业成长重要途径的合理性,可以从教师的成长规律和我国传统教师培训中存在的问题两个方面进行分析;在新课程改革的背景下,校本培训更具有十分重要的意义。
