总量均衡区间与完善宏观调控应重视的一个问题

Aggregate Equilibrium Interval and a Problem that Must be Emphasized on Improving Macro-regulation

现代市场经济条件下,由于供给方调整供给数量须耗费调节成本,因而传统分析中的“总量均衡中心点”两侧便分别存在着“低位临界点”与“高位临界点”,这两点界定了一个特殊的“总量均衡区间”。总量均衡区间的存在,导致按传统理论进行的宏观调控必然出现一种系统性偏差,从而直接影响宏观调控的精度。为消除这一偏差、完善宏观调控,在宏观调控过程的控制上有必要确立与遵循“临界点原则”。

Traditional analysis proposed a single point to illustrate aggregate equilibrium in modem market economy. However, because there are both a “low critical point” and a “high critical point” on both sides of this supply quantity adjusting point, it has defined an “aggregate equilibrium interval”. Reducing this interval to a single point leads to a kind of systematic error in macro - regulation and depresses the precision of macro - regulation. To avoid this kind of error and to improve macro - regulation, it is necessary to establish and follow “the principle of critical point” in macro- regulation.
