On Standard Economics

标准与标准化的知识产权特征及由此而引发的经济行为规律、标准与标准化的生产力特征及由此而产生的经济行为规律共同构成标准经济学的理论“硬核”。标准经济学理论体系的构建须围绕这个基础“硬核”而展开,在研究策略上一方面要积极吸收和引进相关学科的研究方法以构建自身的方法论体系,另一方面要深入标准研制与标准化推广应用的第一线并全面关注国际贸易壁垒实践,以探寻不同标准化行为主体的不同经济行为规律与行为取向。

The theoretic ＂hard core＂ of standard economics consist of： the intellectual property rights characteristics of the standard and standardization and the economic activities rules initiated by them;the productive forces characteristic of the standard and standardization,and the economic activities rules produced by them.The construction of the standard economics theory system must revolve the ＂hard core.＂
