A Basic Evaluation and Countermeasures on Village Level Public Management Performance——The Practice of Guangdong as an Example

当前农村基层公共管理取得了较好的政治绩效、经济绩效、社会绩效和文化教育绩效,促进了农村社会的发展和进步,但是仍然存在一些问题。只有重视农村社会建设,以科学发展观为指导,进一步落实村民自治制度,培育农民的民主、法制意识,加强农村基层公共管理组织的建设,才能大力提高农村基层公共管理水平,推动农村社会的全面进步和发展。

A high public management performance on the primary level village has been achieved.The pohtical, economic, social, and cultural and educational performance has pushed the rural society forward.On the other hand, there still exist some issues which hinder its further improvement.So we much further deepen the villager self-governance system, foster democratic ideas and institution ideas of farmers, strengthen the village＇s public management organization.Only by these can we improve the promote its all-round development.
