摘要
目的通过以问题为基础(PBL)的教学法的应用和实践,达到增强妇产科护理本科实习生的互动性和激励性、培养实用型和创造型护理专科人才的目的。方法试验组在妇产科本科临床护理教学查房中引入PBL教学方法,并与传统的教学查房(对照组)进行比较。结果试验组临床综合技能及专科理论考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有显著性。结论PBL引入本科护生的护理教学查房,对护生的理论水平及临床综合技能有一定程度的提高。
Objective To apply and practice problem-based learning(PBL) in clinical care, so as to enhance the interaction and enthusiasm of nursing undergraduates and to train practical and creative nurses. Methods PBL was introduced in the clinical nursing practice of undergraduates majoring in nursing of obstetrics and gynecology, and was compared with the traditional way. Results The students who taught by PBL were significantly better in clinical comprehensive performance and theoretical exam than those taught by traditional way. Conclusion Introduction of PBL in clinical teaching of undergraduates of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the theoretical levels and clinical comprehensive skills of nursing students.
