摘要
为探讨汉防己甲素对门脉高压性胃粘膜病变的治疗作用,观察了汉防己甲素对门脉高压大鼠门脉压力、胃粘膜屏障功能、肝脏组织学和肝功能的影响,并与普萘洛尔进行了对比。结果表明,汉防己甲素和普萘洛尔均可使门脉高压大鼠的PVP下降,胃粘膜PGE2含量、GMBF和GAM增加。但普萘洛尔使肝细胞坏死增加,ALT和STB不能降低,ALP反有升高。而汉防己甲素则使肝细胞损害减轻,肝内纤维组织减少,ALT、ALP和STB降至正常水平。提示,普萘洛尔虽可使PHT性GML改善,却可加重肝损害。而汉防己甲素不仅可改善胃粘膜屏障功能,而且还能改善肝功能。
Effects of tetrandrine on portal hypertensive gastric mucosal
lesionswere investigated in 96 rats with cirrhotic portal hypertension induced by CCl4 and
24healthy rats. All 96 portal hypertensive rats were divided into 4 groups,24 each,givenno
drug,normal saline,propranolol and tetrandrine,respectively.24 healthy rats wereincluded as
control group.The results showed that there were no significantdifferences between all groups
in pH of gastric juice,concentration of gastric acid,gastric acid output and activity of
pepsin.Portal vein pressure was significantly lowerwhereas level of mucosal prostaglandin E2,
mucosal blood flow and mucus content ofthe stomach mucus in tetrandrine and propranolol
groups were significantly higher ascompared with control group P<0.01,<0.01,<0.05,<0.01.The
hepatic pathologyshowed decreased deposition of fibrous tissue in tetrandrine
group(P<0.05).ALT,ALPand total serum bilirubin also lower(P< 0.01,<0.05,<0.01),and
approached those ofcontrol group(P>0.05).But in propranolol group, liver cell degeneration and
necrosiswere increased,serum ALP also increased (P<0.01).The above data indicate
thattetrandrine can improve the liver function,decrease gastric mucosal lesion and reducethe
fibrous tissue deposition,Therefore,tetrandrine can be used in treatment of portalhypertensive
gastric mucosal lesions.
