摘要
Fe基纳米非晶丝通过脉冲电流获得Fe基纳米晶丝,可以改善其巨磁阻抗效应.通过在不同的准电流密度下对非晶丝进行退火,并分析退火后Fe基纳米晶丝的巨磁阻抗效应,得出当准电流密度为8.0 V时,可获得最佳的巨磁阻抗效应,其巨磁阻抗效应达到16.911%,退火效果为6.791%.
Fe-based nano- crystalline alloy wire can be obtained from Fe- basea amorphous wire oy purse current, it can improve its giant magneto- impedance effect. Annealing amorphous wire under conditions of different current densities, analyzes the giant magneto- impedance effect of Fe- based nano- crystalline alloy wire after anneal,draws the conclusion that when current density is 8.0 V,giant magneto- impedance effect is optimal, is 16. 911%, anneal effect is 6. 791%.
