在阐述计算机技术、网络技术改变了科技信息的编辑出版方式的基础上,分析电子出版对体育科技期刊的影响,调查目前我国体育科技期刊数字化出版的现状,指出知识经济时代体育科技期刊编辑手段必须现代化,编辑能力结构必须优化。

On the basis of expounding how computer technology and network technique change the edit and public mode of scientitifictechnical information, the paper analyzes the influence of E-journal on sports scientific-technical journals. The paper figures out that under the background of the knowledge-based economy age, we need to modernize the editing measure and optimize the structure of editing ability based on the investigating the present situation of spoils scientific-technical journals digitized publication in China.
