摘要
现行干部教育培训工作模式难以适应新形势新任务的要求,影响了干部教育培训的质量和效果。因而积极探索干部教育培训新模式是当前干部队伍建设中的一个重要课题。干部教育培训要以理念更新为先导,实现干教观念的现代化;以岗位需求为导向,探究干教内容个性化;以能力提升为重点,开创干教形式多样化;以整合资源为依托,寻求干教体系社会化。
Present training pattern of leader education is difficult to meet the requirement of new situation and new mission, affects the quality and effect of leader education. Therefore, probing actively into the new pattern of leader education is an important issue of current leader troop building. Leader education should take idea updating as precursor, realize the modernization of leader education idea;take post requirement as orientation, discuss the personalization of leader education content;take competence improvement as emphasis, realize the diversification of leader education form; take integrated resource as support, seek for the socialization of leader education system.
